Please read the terms and conditions. By completing the payment for your order, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below according to the provided service.

By completing and paying for your order for personalized engraving, you confirm that your personalized text is accurate and mistake-free. Please review the text you add in the « add text” field before completing the purchase.

For all digital printer transfers (DTF, UV DTF, Sublimation), ensure all artwork is mistake-free and must be converted to CMYK color profile and provided in the required size at 300 dpi resolution on a transparent background OR by writing it accurately in the « add text” field.

Make sure to understand how RGB vs CMYK works before completing your order. Color output depends on our ink manufacturer, printed garment color, applied temperature, and pressure. The colors shown on your computer monitor may differ from actual print.

Before completing the purchase:

• You confirm that your designs are submitted in the required resolution, and highest quality without any pixelations.

• You confirm that you have inspected your designs, they are not cut off, without any transparencies.

• You understand that any uploaded designs that do not meet the requirements are going to be printed as is. Martannick Creations is not responsible for bad output due to low-resolution files.

Store policy. No cancellations, returns, or refunds on products. Please contact us at info@martannickcreations.ca to report a manufacturing defect or have any problems with your order, within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we are no longer responsible. Photos will be requested to support your claim if necessary.

Custom-made transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. All orders that are examined after 4 days of delivery will be rejected.

By completing your order, you confirm to have acknowledged the turnaround time based on the chosen product. Turnaround time is indicated at the top of the product page.

Once the order is completed, we do not offer cancelations. Your handmade item will be prepared with the utmost attention to detail.

For DTF, UV DTF, and Sublimation artwork, we recommend a review of the first completed garment for any issues with the quality of the transfer. For a most complete quality review, a wash and stretch test is also recommended. You agree to immediately examine any Product for defects upon receipt of delivery and before any alterations or embellishments are made. All orders that are examined after 4 days of delivery will be rejected.

You are responsible for any tests before production. If you have not completed tests before production, if you have not contacted us with any issues, Martannick Creations is not responsible for any damaged products on which our items are applied. Testing is mandatory.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Martannick Creations assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. In the event of new taxes or legislation affecting the cost of Products, Martannick Creations reserves the right to increase prices as it deems appropriate or necessary. Shipping prices can be increased during the year.

Martannick Creations may charge for artwork modifications or set-up fees depending upon the product.
